I just got my braces off this past Monday so this review encompasses my experience from the past 18 months.For the past year and a half, I have come in about every 6 weeks and I honestly don’t think I have had any negative experiences to note. All of the staff have been nothing but friendly and professional, especially the front desk staff. The techs and orthodontists (I have been seen by both Dr. Rad and Dr. Le) are always prepared. Either their memory is impeccable or their documentation is very thorough because I always feel like I am coming in where we left off. They also have very convenient locations for anyone living in the Rockville/Bethesda area and I love that even though I started my treatment at one location, the move to another location was pretty seamless. I can’t believe I’m saying this, but once all of my retainer follow ups are complete, I think I’ll actually miss going into the office.Overall, I highly recommend this practice. The orthodontists, techs, and other staff are top tier. If you are considering this practice for your child’s orthodontic needs, I can attest that they are also good with children just by witnessing some of the interactions around me during my appointments.Finally, just wanted to note that my appointments were always pretty quick after getting my braces on but they didn’t feel rushed. I was almost always seen on time as well.

Smile Express cases are an average of 6 months in length and are ideal for those looking to make minor adjustments to achieve the perfect smile.1 Full treatment cases include corrections for more complex issues requiring frequent office visits to one of our area clinics.
Who is a Good Candidate for Smile Express aligners?
Anyone who’s old enough to be “adulting” out on your own is probably a good candidate, but we need to see your smile to know for sure. When you come in for your complimentary exam and consultation, Rad Orthodontics will let you know if you’re a good candidate based on the complexity and length of your treatment plan.
How Do I Start Smile Express in College Park, Potomac, Germantown, Bethesda, or North Bethesda?
It all starts with a FREE, no-obligation consultation. After your complimentary consultation, your treatment coordinator will review your contract and answer any questions you may have. From there, an Invisalign specialist will scan your teeth using one of our digital iTero Scanners, and we’ll handle the rest! Once your customized kit arrives, you simply pop them on starting with set #1 and wear them for 20-22 hours a day!
Do I Have to Come in for an Appointment?
Yes. To ensure Smile Express is a safe treatment option for you, we’ll need to see you in our College Park, Potomac, Germantown, Bethesda, or North Bethesda office on at least 2 occasions: once to get started and once for your final evaluation.
