"I am a senior patient (over 50, let's say!) getting my teeth straightened using Invisalign! Dr. Collymore on Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda is my doctor. I don't know where to begin. From the get-go, I entered an immaculate office with staff that was very welcoming. Within 5 minutes I was taken to the exam room where the ortho technician spoke to me about my teeth, took fully digital scans (no more biting into glop) on incredible imaging equipment. Within 1/2 hour of scans and ex-rays and visits from all staff in the office, I was sitting in Dr. Collymore's (Dr. C) office. There was a huge screen with all of my scans displayed. When Dr. came in minutes later, she fully explained my teeth, asked what my goal was, how I felt, and we chatted. Her explanation was spot on and after more questions I decided right then and there to go ahead. Having been around doctors for decades and having my 4 grown sons treated when they were kids, I knew exactly what I didn't want in an orthodontist, and I knew I found the place. They treat people from school age to 90! I was told how the process works. Two weeks later - on the day they had promised, the lab had sent twenty aligners (10-week's worth), I went to the office for a very comprehensive teaching session with the technician, she showed me via digital imaging what my teeth would look like every two weeks (the wearing cycle for each pair of aligners). After the 1:1 "tutorial", she gave me my "goodie bag'" of aligners, directions, paste, brush, and everything I should need though she made in VERY clear that I could come in whenever I needed help or advise. Then Dr. C came in to chat and exam - and it was not 1,2,3. She spent all the time I needed looking and answering questions. She is extremely affable. warm a great communicator, and makes you feel comfortable. Anyway, I think you can figure out that I am very pleased and have found the correct doctor for me, further confirmed by speaking to many other parents of patient who went elsewhere and always had a bad story to tell. I am very impressed with how professional and kind the staff is - and FYI, I've never spent time reviewing anything - even after years on AMAZON!! HAAA!"

"I don’t know where to begin. My Invisalign journey could not have gone any better!! The wonderful staff took care of me from start to finish. They are extremely accommodating and the customer service is outstanding. Customer service is big for me and these ladies set the bar high! I wish I had them for all of my doctors appointment too that’s just how good they are. I took a break in my journey with Invisalign for personal reasons and when I went back it was as if I never left. If you are looking for an orthodontist, Rad Orthodontics is where you want to go. Kudos to Jahleah, Reina, Sydnee, Courtney and Dr. Collymore. If I missed anybody my apologies but literally the whole entire staff is AMAZING!! Please look no further if you need an orthodontist!!
