"Since my braces journey 2 years ago, I have been to the letter and very thorough on making sure i followed instructions step by step.But i finally made a horrible mistake and lost my retainers in the river ! yes how can i be so stupid. Luckily my retention appointment was a couple days later . Coming in and telling my story to grandfather rad ,he ran me through all my options and was very informative and clear on the next steps. although with my teeth being so and stubborn trying to move back behind my front teeth, getting retainers again just left my mind and now i’m just thinking about pulling those teeth back flush . now like everyone including myself i figured, hey my teeth are great now and only i can see the difference, so maybe just deal with it . but WHAT i love about rads orthodontist and grand father rad is they keep it honest like their OWN family and i ended up doing a touch up braces treatment plan . which lets be honest my bday weekend and my carelessness really got me and really bummed me out that i have to now spend thousand . BUT WHEN I SAY AUNTIE DORI and grand father rad saved my shameful face lol and helped me out . When let’s be honest they didn’t have to and rightfully so ! other dentist, orthos would just charge me and not care. but i was treated with love and care starting my new plan and literally couldn’t be happier.This establishment here at the greenbelt location is literally the absolute best! and i wouldn’t want my braces journey to have been with anyone else . "We are still early in the Invisalign treatment, although so far have had no dental issues and Dr. Rad thoroughly addressed all my concerns at the start of treatment. However, things did not get off to a good start with admin/billing due to a delay in billing one of our insurance plans, late payment notices, and repeat billing of our personal v. HSA card. This went on for several months, until my concerns made their way to Courtney, who was able to resolve all the billing issues, followed up with the insurance for successful payment, and honored the full payment discount. Most importantly, she acknowledged my frustrations and made me feel I had an advocate in the office. Thank you Courtney!"
