"Had a great experience at Rad Orthodontics! Desperately needed a new retainer and a quick look-over of my teeth from previous orthodontic work I wasn't too confident in. Everything was easy, from scheduling an appointment and being seen quickly, to the process of getting the retainer - which is quality and reasonably priced, even with opting in for insurance on them.While I thankfully needed no more work on my own teeth at the moment, I also wanted to find an orthodontist in the area for my future family, and it's safe to say I will be back for all our needs in the future! Highly recommend, especially as someone who has had pretty traumatic experiences at the orthodontist before."

"My son has been going to Rad Orthodontics for over 5 years now. Dr. Rad and his staff did a great job with fixing his underbite. They are always happy, polite and friendly. I am very happy with everything. Yesterday, we went to see Dr. Rad to see if my son is ready for Invisalign. Lam was very thorough and took a great scan of my son’s teeth. After Dr. Rad checked out my son’s teeth, he did not recommend Invisalign as my son’s jaw is still changing. I appreciate that he prefers us to wait and not rush to start treatment right away when it is not needed."

"As an adult with prior partial braces decades ago, I was looking for mild to moderate adjustments and Rad Orthodontics was great! The remote scanning concept was perfect for me even though the Scanbox contraption was awful. I just used the cheek retractor which was good enough. Efficient and accessible, Lum was my primary provider and he was excellent in monitoring my scans and responding to my questions. He was always courteous and professional - a real asset to the group! Overall, the office is well run and they all work smoothly together. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!"

"I had always thought of how I might enhance my smile. I thought about Invisalign but I didn't know much about it or the process. Then a friend told me about Dr. Rad and his services. Drs. Mehdy and David Rad are the best. If you need orthodontic services, they are the ones to go to. Along with great doctors, they have an awesome staff. Everyone is so personable. They treat you like family. They are friendly and courteous and they're always smiling. Even if you call them on the telephone, they are very helpful and patient. Having had a not so pleasant experience at the dentist office in the past, I was a little hesitant and skeptical. Dr. Rad and the staff were very thorough in explaining the process and what it would entail. From the consultation to the payment options. Everything was great. I always look forward to going for my appointments. Another note..I have worked in the medical field for over 20+ years. I've had doctors appointments. I realize that everyone's time is valuable. "Dr. Rad and his team has done a fanstastic job once again!!! I had to go back in almost three years after I finished my invisalign treatment because my retainers broke from wearing down the material from me grinding my teeth when I sleep. My mind became overwhelmed with the expenses that quickly racked up to replace these retainers. Fortunately, Dr. Rad came to the rescue and was able to kindly accommodate with my financial situation … something not many orthodontics or any healthcare provider can do (I work in the healthcare field as well)…this was a generous gesture by him that I appreciated very much! And he provided stronger material for the retainers for the grinding. In a nut shell, this team is one that you can not pass up… it is guaranteed that they will treat you like family AND provide top quality professionalism… the staff still remembered me after 3 years!!! they will do everything to make your orthodontics experience the best way possible…their large staff has been consistent and there is a reason why they have great staff retention. Also, keep in mind that although general dentists can do invisaligns I strongly recommend a specialist, such as Dr. Rad and Dr. Dave, since they are more updated with current practices/technology/customer service…it is like getting an AC personnel to fix your heating system instead of a handyman."
